Entered 50-75 Subcontractor Man-hour Reports on a daily basis. Ensured accurate records of man-hours and headcount on each subcontractor (up to 200 subcontractors). Provided monthly reports to Project Manager and EHS Director as required. Processed up to 200 Certified Payrolls, verifying work hours with Daily Reports and wage rates in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act and Wage Decision for the states of Tennessee and Kentucky. Provide weekly Updates to Certified Payroll Manager, Cost and Control Manager, and Construction Manager. Research on policies and regulations pertaining to Department of Labor and Davis-Bacon Act. Assist individual Subcontractors with the Certified Payrolls, Daily Reports, and monthly CIP reports to ensure the accuracy. Keep updated files on each Subcontractor including their Exhibit 1, Insurance, SF-1413, Employee Authorization and Subcontractor Information Sheet. Assist Contract Administrator with CIP enrollment forms and SF 1413 – Statement and Acknowledgement forms for sub-tier subcontractors. Verify and enters subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders into J.D. Edwards. Assist Marsh, Consolidated Insurance Program Administrator (CIP) with final closeout on each subcontractor, ensuring monthly CIP reports and the final figures are accurate and comply with submitted certified payrolls. Assist Accounting Manager with monthly CIP Allocations on all subcontractors. Maintain the required filing system for Certified Payroll Department and Quality Control Manager. File at least 50 daily reports weekly. Oversee both Fort Campbell and Fort Knox certified payroll departments. Ensure each payroll complies with Davis-Bacon Act and Department of Labor in 2 different states. Train new employees on certified payroll. Assist Accounting Manager and Cost Control Manager with Excel, creating and analyzing reports.
