The ERSEA Specialist is responsible and accountable for the overall development, implementation, and coordination of Recruitment, Selection, and Enrollment activities throughout the EHS program ensuring that the program is 100% enrolled at all times. Develop and foster productive working relationships with community agencies/programs that provide referrals and supports for EHS families. Ensure maintenance of an up to date community mailing list for purposes of recruitment. Coordinate a continual family outreach and recruitment process, including recruitment of children with disabilities.
