Senior Design Project: oreign Object Debris (FOD) Separator for Gulfstream Aerospace
Designed and built a machine to automatically separate ferrous material, non-ferrous material, and other plastics/trash for sale and recycling.
With proper modifications, estimates of previously unrealized revenue at ~$50,000/year for the G650 Manufacturing Facility.
If used in all production hangars, previously unrealized revenue estimates at ~$350,000/year for Savannah Headquarters; possibility for more than $1,000,000/year if used at multiple facilities.
