Hostess and busser at Johansson's Dining House
I am a hostess and busser. As a hostess I organize and run a major part of the restaurant. My job is important to prevent any one server from being overworked, and I keep an steady flow of people in each server's section of the restaurant. As a busser I clear tables, wipe them, and reset them as quickly as I can. I also help the servers with any tasks they need assistance with. Overall I keep the restaurant clean, and strive to keep everything organized as well.
