Facilitated team meetings, delegated tasks, standardized reports, and ensured timely deliveries. Established proper documentation across various workgroups and fostered effective communication within the project teams and with key stakeholders of the projects. Secured a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Grant for $484K to augment the staff and create the ability to undertake additional projects Acquired and implemented enterprise project management software to effectively track resources for projects and operational work Featured speaker on IT Governance and Project Management at the NCSC Court Technology Conference 2011.
