Amanda Wolch
I aspire to go to medical school either in Chicago or somewhere on the East coast to pursue my dreams of becoming a pediatric oncologist. I would ideally like to start off after residency at a hospital in NYC and build my reputation up enough to be able to work for St. Jude Research Hospital. I believe in providing treatment at little or no cost for patients' families, especially for those whom have a hard time paying. No child should be be turned away because of the inability to pay. Eventually, my life goal is to make a step, whether big or small, in the cure of a childhood leukemia.
Amanda Wolch was among the nearly 1,900 undergraduates who received degrees from the University of Dayton during the spring 2019 commencement ceremony.
