I am a Senior Interaction Designer for 3M, where I translate peoples thoughts and desires, spoken or not, into experiences that improve the healthcare industry for both patients and providers. With more than 15 years of experience in the design industry, I have held multiple roles as a designer, entrepreneur, college professor and team leader. My experiences have taught me that a successful product hinges on one principle, truly understanding the end user. I have developed strategies and design solutions for diverse organizations ranging from startups to Fortune ranked companies.
