• Assisted with the development and improvement of program documentation, training, policies, and procedures, both short and long term. • Assisted with conducting leadership and ethics workshops throughout the entire campus in collaboration with different departments. • Assisted in the preparation, communication, and marketing of numerous book and movie discussions, as well as conferences. • Created numerous case studies used for leadership and ethics workshops and Graduate courses. • Conducted background research for sports and ethics course; Assisted with developing course materials, analyzed quantitative and qualitative data and made recommendations. • Conducted background research and assisted in proposals for numerous grant applications including Fulbright, YSEALI Scholars grant, William T. Scholar’s grant, Charles Koch Foundation grant, National Science Foundation grant, etc. • Assisted with mechanics, preparation, and marketing of Sports and Ethics conference. • Developed Sports and Ethics conference agenda and program, as well as pursuing sponsorships, arranging speakers, and promoting attendance. • Responsible for updating the Siegel Newsletter “The Voice of Ethical Leadership” per semester basis. • Assisted with mechanics, preparation, and marketing of Spring 2015 and Spring 2016 Phenomenal Women’s conference. • Participated in strategic planning and policy setting workshop for the Siegel Institute. • Acted as a social media administrator responsible for administering the official Facebook page including posting article discussions and promoting the posts throughout Facebook. • Participated in a voluntary research project within the department of Political Science and International Affairs at KSU that consisted of coding tweets relating to the Ferguson grand jury decision of 2014.
