Graduate Research Assistant - Siegel Institute for Leadership, Ethics and CharacterJanuary 2015 - Present• Assisted with the development and improvement of program documentation, training, policies, and procedures, both short and long term. • Assisted with conducting leadership and ethics workshops throughout the entire campus in collaboration with different departments. • Assisted in the preparation, communication, and marketing of numerous book and movie discussions, as well as conferences. • Created numerous case studies used for leadership and ethics workshops and Graduate courses. • Conducted background research for sports and ethics course; Assisted with developing course materials, analyzed quantitative and qualitative data and made recommendations. • Conducted background research and assisted in proposals for numerous grant applications including Fulbright, YSEALI Scholars grant, William T.
