Antonia Miranda
Antonia Miranda has graduated from Erie Community College with a degree in Humanities and Liberal Arts in December 2009. During her time at Erie Community College Antonia was active in the Living Poets Society and ran Cross Country as well. Antonia progressed on to Buffalo State College initially to earn a degree in Childhood Education. Upon working at a health food store and having an interest in biology, Antonia Miranda decided to switch majors and went on to major in Health and Wellness. From September 2011 to June 2011 Antonia Miranda studied voice and theater at the Community Music School of Buffalo. In September of 2012 Antonia Miranda added a minor of Understanding Peace, Community, and Diversity to supplement her major of Health. Antonia Miranda also was inducted to the National Society of Leadership and Success as well as the National Student Exchange group. Antonia Miranda will be attending Johnson State College in August 2013(through NSE) in Vermont to take some alternative medicine classes that are not offered at Buffalo State College. Antonia Miranda plans to go to grad school to study nutrition and mental health counseling. When Antonia Miranda is not studying, she enjoys playing music, writing music, long-distance running, the outdoors, hiking, writing, and reading.
