Armagan Sezer
Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Class of 2015
From Quincy, Mass.
I am a Biomedical Engineering Student with a concentration in Biomaterials and a minor in Materials Engineering. I have a variety of skills on hand for the design and production of products through 3D printing and other means. I am currently an intern at UMass Medical School Neurobiology Lab under Professor Mark Norige for the study of the behaviors of c. elegans. I am also a lab assistant in WPI's Goddard Biology labs under Ms. Abbie White. I have worked under Professor Glen Gaudette's myocardial lab doing histology work such as staining, microsectioning, and slide preparation for the grad students. Moreover, I am a SNAP Transport Coordinator, a student operated program that provides students with a means to get around the campus in a safe and free manner. I schedule, resolve conflicts, manage payroll, and act as the middle man between the WPI Police and SNAP transportation program. I hope to continue my studies and pursue a career in Biomedical Engineering with a specific focus on design and development.
