• Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source document • Guarantee of all incoming mail and outgoing mail is sorted correctly and effectively distributed to intended recipients. • Ensure the mailroom is operational at all times during the designated opening hours • Provide superior customer service, have excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands, and have adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervision. • Accurately assist patrons in completing purchase via various methods of payment and report on mail expenditure to reconcile supply charges as required. • Able to operate required mailroom machinery in a safe and approved manner, required to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.

• Accurately handle cash, credit, debit, and forms of government assisted moneys in transactions daily • Take intuitive to cover areas of high demand when needed • Recognized for excellent customer service • Consistently reconciled cash drawer at the end of shifts
