LEADERSHIP PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS Project Management As Project Manager, prepared and submitted 125-page Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) Systems Portfolio accreditation report in 2010 and 2014. Accreditation Served as Accreditation Liaison Officer as well as in the Higher Learning Commission Peer Review Corps since 2008 and participated in numerous system appraisals. Continuous Improvement Overhauled academic program review process changing from four-year rotation to an annual review of all programs, which delivered success in performance-based outcomes, higher faculty engagement, and evidence-based quality improvements linked to the planning processes, resulting in earning the NTC Team Exemplary Service Award 2014 for the Instructional Vitality Process. Organizational Development Coordinated organizational development services to NTC, such as in-service, leadership training, small group trainings, and professional development funding of $180,000 per year. Created an internal leadership program for NTC employees, entitled NTC Leads in collaboration with the Dean of Continuing Education and Virtual College. Continuous Improvement Achieved consistently high faculty feedback to the review processes and facilitation since 2008 and continuously completed 100% of reviews.
