Implementing, coordinating and monitoring the marketing program for the UW-Madison Purchasing Services sales operation. The sales program includes two sub-units, Shop@UW and SWAP. The marketing program covers a broad base of customers including UW-Madison campus, all 26 UW-System institutions, state agencies,school districts, county and municipal governments, non profit institutions and the general public for SWAP sales. The government customer base with the State of Wisconsin currently includes over 8,000 active accounts.
