This internship experience with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) was within Commercial Aviation Services (CAS) in a Fleet Management Services (FMS) business unit that developed strategies to capture top line growth. This included project management on the proposal and offerability side of capturing revenue from new business, as well as analytic research for developing new integrated service offerings in the aftermarket aircraft services space.

-Third party due diligence through the initiation and review of third party certifications to assure fund investment compliance and fiduciary duties. -Perform internal reviews of business and portfolio processes, and consulting the business regarding program improvements and safety measures. -Monitor organizational strucutre and license holding stature throughout the implementation of a new compliance program for Private Wealth Managements build out. -Competitor research on behalf of CCO and VP, to identify trends for developing industry best practice in the development of Compliance Policies and Procedures. -Won two organizational rewards for "Protecting the Brand" and "Collaboration," after identifying potential shareclass ownership errors, and assisting in developing corrective measures to avoid potential SEC fines.

-Automated the transfer of over 100 comapany-wide agreements to provide greater exposure to business units across Raytheon in a new supplier management system. -Lead point of contact for a Middle Eastern sourcing project, initiating the PIA, and RFI stages of the contract process with Qatari, Saudi Arabian. and Kuwaiti suppliers. -Great exposure to direct negotiations with potential, and existing third-party suppliers of Raytheon's supply chain. -Developed and presented to the indirect IT supply managers, a new process for automating finalized agreements to Raytheon businesses.
