Caitlin Donovan
Following my first year on campus I got involved in an on campus research project with Dr. Christiaan Richter. Another student and I worked in the synthesis of nanotubes for use in batteries. I continued that through my second year at school. Following my second year I accepted a co-op position at RoviSys in Aurora, OH. I have learned a lot of things that are a bit outside of my engineering discipline, like electrical wiring diagrams, a little bit of iFix, and piping and instrumentation diagrams. On campus I am involved in Alpha Chi Sigma (the professional Chemistry Fraternity), AIChE, SWE, ESW, the RIT Orchestra, and the RIT Chamber Orchestra.
