I graduated with my M.A. In Counseling Psychology in December 2012. I am the current Director of Clinical and Quality Supports, supervising the Psychology, Nursing, Training , and Quality Assurance Departments Athelas Institute. I am also a Behavioral Specialist at Arc of Howard County. I am dedicated to working with people with Intellectual Disabilities and advocating for this population. I have experience writing behavioral support plans, facilitating Root Cause Analysis, providing individual therapy, and am a certified Behavioral Principles and Strategies trainer.
