Chelsea Pavlacic

Chelsea Pavlacic grew up in Saint Charles, Missouri and was class valedictorian of her high school. She is currently pursuing an accounting major at Creighton University. While going to school she has often worked 20 hours a week. First through weekend shifts as a waitress at Longhorn Steakhouse and now through an internship with Union Pacific Railroad. From this and other previous employment experiences, she has learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and time management. Throughout high school, Chelsea was on a variety of select sport teams including soccer, softball, and basketball. These experiences heightened her teamwork abilities and intrinsic motivation skills. It has taught her never to give up and as a result, no task she is given is ever taken lightly. She is a responsible and reliable person who will always persevere until completely satisfied with the finished product whether it is practicing in a sport or completing an assignment. In April of 2012, Chelsea joined Alpha Phi Fraternity and is a founding member. As one of the founding members, she was elected Vice President of Programming Development which has taught her valuable skills in managing a team. By jumping into a previously nonexistent position she has proven that she is a fast learner that can adapt quickly to an ever changing environment. Recently, Chelsea has been initiated into Alpha Nu Chapter of the Beta Alpha Psi business fraternity at Creighton University. As a member of this fraternity, she was elected and is currently serving as Treasurer.
