I am a pre-med major, this summer I had great pleasures working in a research lab at Columbia Neurology Dept, where I studied the MRIs of brain tumors on patients. Summer prior , I volunteered at Beth Israel Hospital in New York which was a rewarding experience. During the school year I participated in a wonderful program at Mt.Sinai were I had the opportunity to engage with medical students of Ichan Medical school. Adding to that I joined the Columbia STEP program conducted by Columbia Medical School. Lastly, I took courses at The Museum of Natural History, which has enhanced my out look on science to a higher degree.Knowledge gives me a great force of energy, this is why I decided to apply to Bard College at Simon's Rock.
At 16 years old I am now attending Bard College at Simon's Rock, which has offered me a challenging academics. This is supported with the dedication of great professors, advisors and staff which make it feel welcoming and nurturing as a freshman. I am proud to be an involve member of this community.
