Direct staff to promote an environment for spiritual, physical qnd emotional growth for selected candidates in transition program. Develop job descriptions and policies for developing the young adults through mentoring in the program. Supervise bible studies, english classes, budgeting, cooking and other basic life skills type classes. Develop reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to program. Performed counseling sessions for corrective and disciplinary actions for staff, volunteers, and youths enrolld in program.

Manage daily operations to insure Total Quality Assurance in compliance with ASME and AISC certification standards. Insure completion of job assignments within contract specifications and insure timely delivery as per scheduled goals. Insure inventory control, coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, insure sufficient staffing for work load and backlog requirements, insure compliance with Executive Management responsibilities for legal accountability for shop certifications. Responsible for hiring, reviewing, counseling and termination of entire workforce. Maintain operational budgets for Corporate approval and insure awarded jobs completed with a minimum of 15% profit margin after all expenses and tangible costs assigned.

Insure plant operation sustained with sufficient Electrical distribution, Compressed air system, HVAC and A/C status operational, Chill water systems and Air handling units, Fire alarm and emergency sprinkler and Halon systems. Complete scheduled and routine preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain plant operations. Provide all Electrical, Compressed air, and Chill water drops for newly installed equipment.
