•Coordinate the planning, logistics, promotion, and marketing for State 4-H events, including Illini Summer Academies, Illinois State Fair, 4-H Great Debate, and Illinois 4- H Junior Leadership Conference. •Work with University of Illinois staff, the Director of the Illinois 4-H program, volunteers, and vendors to effectively carry out registration, housing, meals, and other organizational details as needed for events. •Oversee, create content, and update State 4-H website, registration sites, and social media sites including Facebook, Twitter for all events. •Coordinate the site and vendor selection for events, develop and monitor event budgets, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. •Work with State 4-H Media Specialist to create promotion and marketing packages that include flyers, videos, and social media for state-wide events. Work to create a unified brand for state 4-H. •Produce multi-media marketing promotions for social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Vine, and YouTube.
