Deborah Aurelio

Prior to joining the Office of Institutional Advancement at Becker College, I worked for a healthcare organization for 19 years. Working to assist a variety of departments within the organization, I realized that my passion resided in the area of fundraising and development. I knew that this was an area that that I wanted further my career in. My past experience has prepared me well for this new endeavor and I am so inspired by my team and the new and exciting opportunities being presented every day. Working in the Office of Institutional Advancement has given, and continues to give me, continuous opportunities to meet many wonderful alumni, faculty, staff, and members of the community. Working with people and building relationships is something that I am very passionate about. Becker College offers Baccalaureate degree programs on the College's two distinctive campuses, located in Worcester and Leicester, Massachusetts. Both undergraduate and adult learning programs make Becker a place where students gain the experience they need to contribute to a global society and rise to the top of their chosen professions. I graduated from Becker's Accelerated program in May 2017, earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. This has been a goal of mine since earning an Associates Degreea in 1979. Learning as an adult in Becker's accelerated program was truly an amazing experience. Becker's focus is to deliver a transformational learning experience to each student. Becker and its innovative agile mindset has allowed my team to accomplish so much this year. As a team, we have raised the bar and will continue to push the limits to reach our goals.
