The Alumni Honors Scholarship in Music is awarded to one student in the Music and Worship department who, according to the official description, "is deemed most deserving of academic recognition."

The Charles and Margaret Clevenger Award is a scholarship awarded to rising junior or senior piano students who, according to the official description, "demonstrate exemplary musical stewardship and Christian character."

Tau Delta Kappa, the official student organization of the Cedarville Honors Program, provides community, learning, and service opportunities to the honors students, as expressed in its motto: "Honor, Service, Fellowship." I have attended many events offered by TDK, such as coffee talks with professors, community service opportunities, and concerts at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. I have served on the board of TDK as Activities Director during the 2015-2016 schol year and as Secretary during the fall semester of 2016. As Activities Director, I planned and coordinated the TDK activities such as service projects, beginning- and end-of-year parties, and the yearly symphony trip. As Secretary, I put together membership lists, managed correspondence, and sent out information emails to the organization's members. In addition to my roles on the TDK board, I also served as a prayer group leader during the 2015-2016 school year. As prayer group leader, I met with my group weekly and led prayer and discussion for 30 minutes.
