Deirdra Brasch

Deirdra Brasch is a career changing educator and advocate for educational technology and civic leadership. During her 15 years in the business sector, she repeatedly experienced high school graduates lacking basic computer and clerical skills. Fueled by a drive for change, Deirdra returned to school to complete a Bachelor of Arts in History at Ashford University and a Master of Arts in Teaching at the University of Southern California. During student teaching required for the California Single Subject Teaching Credential, Deirdra worked to implement technology at her placement school and was a 2013 California Civic Learning Award of Merit recipient.
