Elizabeth Samples

I am in my final year of the MAT program at Austin Peay. I will begin student teaching in January and I am very excited to begin this new adventure. I received my undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee. I worked in banking for seven years before deciding to follow my dream to become a teacher. While at APSU, I have maintained 3.875 GPA. I am also an active volunteer. I was an active participant and also served as treasurer of the Family Readiness Group, I am currently a parent volunteer at Glenellen Elementary and a Pre-k teacher at Spring Creek Baptist Church. I have been married for ten years to my best friend and I have two wonderful children. I enjoy CrossFit, reading, traveling, and outdoor activities with my family.
