Erin puts a tremendous amount of effort into achieving whatever she sets her mind to, and often carries a refuse to lose attitude. Furthermore, she conducts herself and pursues her goals in a way that is consistent with her sense of virtue. She is honest, hardworking, and has overcome many challenges in life because of her persistence and determination. I believe Erin will succeed in whatever she puts her mind and faith to. I have witnessed her courage to step out and try new things that are outside of her comfort zone, her willingness to acknowledge both her accomplishments and her setbacks, and the wisdom to learn from both as she grows. I know this will prove to be beneficial in all she does! This is already visible as she leads a social group in our church called Generation X (she was actually the one who started the group as well), and is currently training to become a worship leader on the praise team.
