Isabella LaFlam Welcomed to Castleton University

Rock Lab
This was an extracurricular class where high school students acted as a 'rock' band, making covers of songs from many genres. We each were able to experiment with different instruments and learn how to play them for the songs we covered. Personally, I play guitar, keyboard, bass, a little bit of drums and vocals. This was a great experience for me because I was able to conquer my stage fright and interact with people on a creative level, allowing me to take my passion and share it with others.

Vocal Unrest
As an A Capella group, we covered songs without instruments, using our vocals to create each tone, beat, harmony and melody. Due to schedule conflicts, I was unable to stay with this group, but I loved everyone I worked with and will miss it greatly.
