"Variety is the spice of life" - William Cowper As is with life, The business environment of today requires experience in a broad range of fields. As the world becomes more connected, there is a constant need to branch out and undertake in new endeavors. Luckily, I am interested in everything. After graduating Bergen Catholic in 2011 and receiving a scholarship to Fairfield University, I immediately went to work that summer for the Ridgefield Department of Public Works. The two things I learned from my first job is the value of a hard, honest days work, and that sunrises are highly overrated. After a lengthy but enjoyable summer I began my freshman year at Fairfield University. Ever since I first stepped foot on campus, I had one goal: To study abroad in Italy. A modest goal, but one I wanted to accomplish more than anything else. After two years of studying and working, my dreams were realized last semester when I went abroad to Florence, Italy. I was fortunate enough to travel from one end of Italy to another, and blessed to eventually see most of Europe. The experiences I lived through and the people I met were truly unforgettable. Whether it was asking for directions or making friends who did not speak a word of English, I constantly learned more about myself and others. After returning to America, I resumed my studies in marketing and management. I am currently interning for World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. and GAT Supplements, both in the social media/marketing departments. I am also preparing for graduate school and would like to attend law school next year. From around the first time I logged onto the internet, I constantly read up on how businessmen got their starts and what led to their success. In short, I determined it was a result of perseverance and determination. Being young, It is my interest in everything and fear of failure in nothing that gives me my spice of life.
