Collaborating to create a patient engagement survey tool called What Matters to Me? The goal of this pilot project is to increase patient satisfaction scores and to create more meaningful conversations with the patient.
Cultural Competency Assessment Survey Project
Working with a committee to assess the cultural competency of leadership staff to identify any gaps in the processes relating to inclusive excellence. Used the Cultural Competency Assessment Tool for Hospitals (CCATH) survey to assess the competency in three areas.
