Justin Maskulinski

I am a junior at Miami University. I am double majoring in Journalism and Sports Leadership and Management with aspirations to be involved in sports media after graduation. 

At Miami, I am a Senior Staff Writer and Columnist for The Miami Student. During my first two years I covered Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Women's Basketball (twice), Men's Track and Field, Women's Track and Field, and Golf (twice).

Beginning in Spring 2013, I contributed to WMSR, the student radio. I appeared on the Miami Student Sports Show, a student run radio show where we discussed Miami Athletics. I also provided color commentary and called play-by-play for women's basketball games.

Although I spend a lot of time working on pieces for the newspaper and contributing to WMSR, most of my time is spent at Yager Stadium. I am a Student Equipment Manager for the football team. As an equipment staff, we do everything from washing practice clothes to traveling with the team for road games.
