Kalyn Hardman is a writer and dancer living in Atlanta, Georgia.
Kalyn received her B.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing from Georgia State University. Through the honors college, she completed a thesis which included five short stories, each from the perspective of someone with a psychological disorder. Most recently, she aided in the publication of Five Points, Vol. 17 No. 2 and interned at the Decatur Writers Studio.
As a dancer, Kalyn has performed with esteemed companies such as Cherrise Wakehams Project 7, Victor Jacksons The Accolades, and CiCi Kelleys Dare Dream Dance Professional Division. She has worked with esteemed choreographers such as Aakomon Jones, Bubba Carr, Jeremy Green, and Stephan Reynolds. Not only has she danced on the stage of Ushers New Look: United to Ignite and Ceelo Greens Salute to America, but she has worked as a principle dancer on the set of Sonny Mackenzis music video Rewind and Charles Stones latest movie Step Sisters.
In future endeavors, Kalyn hopes to incorporate her love for dance, creative writing, and abnormal psychology through interdisciplinary work.
