• Provide account payable support to over 80 automotive retail locations across the United States • Reconcile all vendor statements for 11 automotive retail locations between two states • Process invoice with either purchase order numbers or GL account information • Daily retrieval of invoices from numerous manufacturer websites such as BMW, Nissan, etc. • Provide month end reporting on all accounts • Post journal entries to the GL • Provide customer service support to vendors as well as colleagues • Research and Analyze payable accounts • In charge of two national vendor accounts • Yearly parts inventory reporting • Communication via email, phone, and fax
