In pursuit of a career in mechanical and bioengineering, I seek to fulfill my true desire to contribute to the betterment of the health industry and the lives of those around me. I am a student currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Bioengineering at San Diego State University in San Diego, CA and am looking to expand my professional knowledge in the Biotech and engineering industry. With my engineering coursework and project experience, I have developed a strong affinity for innovation and problem solving, and especially thrive in the areas of Project Management and development. I have developed skills in computer-aided mechanical design, control systems, electronics, engineering materials, manufacturing technologies, and project management. Just a few examples of my strengths include: Proficient in Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks 3-D design and the use of Modeling and Simulation technologies. Recognized as a leader, participating and effectively communicating in team settings, excelling in organizational skills and time and budget management. Possess strong technical writing skills and experienced in producing reports and lab studies. Expertise in use of MS Office, including data entry and mathematical modeling using Excel Spreadsheets. I truly feel that my commitment to excellence, as well as my experience in engineering design and project leadership are of value to the engineering industry.
