While working for the KSU Foundation, I facilitate the maximization of the hotels ROI and maintenance of the value of the physical asset as the liason between the ownership, university, builder, developer and management company. Working with the university colleges and the hotel management company to utilize students to further their skill set and develope the hotel as a showcase for the excellence in talent and skills that the university cultivates while aiding the development of relationships with the local business and philanthropic communities.
