My senior year I was voted to be the Vice President of Special Events. I have enjoyed getting to know the girls that are involved in SWE and building my professional network.

Work Experience

Design Engineering Intern at CIVCO Medical Instruments Co.

I transitioned to the design department to broaden my experience. Thus far I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in design. My responsibilities include assisting my mentor as he is the Project Manager on many projects. I also update drawings per request, create test fixtures using Creo Parametric, test sample parts, and update various documents.

Quality Engineering Intern at CIVCO Medical Instruments Co.

All the responibilities are the same as when I was a co-op. I was back in school at this time so I was a part time intern.

Quality Engineering Co-op at CIVCO Medical Instruments Co.

I worked side by side with full time Quality Engineers. My responsibilities included various verification testing, verification documentation, updating all risk analysis documents, and assisting my mentor in diverse tasks.
