Lindsay Batek

I am originally from Geneva, New York where I attended DeSales High School. Upon graduation, I attended the University of Rochester for my first Bachelors of Arts degree where I graduated with honors with a dual major of Religious Studies and Modern Languages and Cultures. After graduation I worked as a volunteer in Cochabamba, Bolivia and traveled extensively in South America. I returned to the United States to pursue a doctorate degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. For the past 9 years I have been the owner of Flower City Naturopathy, a naturopathic medical practice in Brighton, NY. I anticipate graduating from Nazareth College with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in May 2015. While attending Nazareth College I have been inducted into both Sigma Theta Tau and Phi Kappa Beta Honor Societies.
