Megan Smith

My name is Megan Smith. I am 26 years old and I currently work full time in sales for Toyota while working toward my BSN with a minor in psychology at Maryville University Saint Louis. In the future I hope to work for one of my home town St. Louis hospitals in emergency medicine. The ultimate goal for my career is to further my education and complete my Nurse Practitioners license. My hobbies include playing sports with friends, working out, and spending time with my family outdoors. Maryville University was my first choice for many reasons, one being that they are known to produce some of the best skilled nurses along with one of the highest passing percentages for NCLEX boards exams. I am currently training in the ICU for my senior practicum. I am BLS certified, have spent 2 semesters tutoring fellow BSN students, and I have volunteered at several blood drives as well as a health fair at the university.
