• Analyzed data and report generation for violent deaths among children aged from birth to 17 years based on Georgia Violent Death Reporting System (GA-VDRS) database • Completed the background research on risk factors, protective factors and prevention strategies for deaths due to suicides, homicides and unintentional injuries among children from birth to 17 years • Developed and executed data collection process to gather data from the sampling frame for School Health Profile Survey • Performed data entry for data collected from the health surveys • Communicated with various entities involved in the completion of data collection to improve response rate

• Completed TST skin testing training, TB 101 and developed knowledge about incidence, prevalence and standard of care available for TB patients in Georgia • Assessed requirements, designed and created excel based master template for collecting and storing various resources for TB patients in 18 health districts and 159 counties in Georgia • Developed a master list using excel to collect, maintain and analyze information on various healthcare requirements for TB patients • Collaborated with epidemiologists, head of the division, nurse practitioner and TB records manager to understand data collection, storage and analysis of TB related data • Gained understanding on the types of antibiotics used in the treatment of TB, misuse and occurrence of multidrug resistant TB (MDR-TB) and extensively multidrug resistant TB (XDR-TB) • Member of contact investigation team that visited the outbreak investigation in Hart county, Georgia • Gained knowledge on health disparity and difficulty in engaging patients in treatment for TB • Created and maintained Resource Manual for TB patients in Georgia based on the Health District • Co-ordinated Lunch and Learn sessions about TB for healthcare clinics and hospitals
