Megan Carpenter

My name is Megan Carpenter and I am currently a student at Iowa State University receiving a dual degree in financial counseling and planning and communication studies as well as a minor in general business. I strive for efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility in all the work that I do. I have had many years of experience with customer service, which has taught me the social skills needed to succeed with customers, coworkers, and management. I have a wide variety of interests in the business world and I am open to any type of learning experience available. As a current intern in the insurance realm, I am being exposed to the internal and external operations of a company as well as the professional environment a business occupies. As a people-driven person, my focus in my career is to fulfill the needs and wants of my customers and social network. My advanced communication skills as well as my ability to be efficient and productive are important qualities I hold as a competitor in the workforce.
