I am a motivated, friendly, and dedicated individual who has the ability to excel in any environment. I am currently a student at Georgia Tech pursuing a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Public Policy with minors in Sustainable Cities and Leadership Studies. I am specifically seeking a role in the policy world, where I can apply my environmental and energy policy knowledge, my communication and writing skills, and my passions for low-income minority communities. My current work as a Policy Analyst for the City of Brookhaven combines all of these traits by allowing me to create and analyze policies aimed to increase walkability and connectivity.

Orientation Executive Cabinet, New Student Engagement at Georgia Tech New Student & Sophomore Programs

The Cabinet of FASET (Familiarizations and Adaptations to the Surroundings and Environs of Tech) Orientation designs and executes college orientation for over 98% of incoming first year and transfer students at Georgia Tech. I will guide a team of 8-12 orientation leaders from March 2017 until September 2017 and be in charge of the New Student Engagement Committee. Within this committee I will be able to encourage new students and their families to engage before, during, and after orientation and into the first year of Georgia Tech.

Sustainable Connections Intern through Atlanta Regional Commission Partnership at City of Brookhaven, Georgia

Over 10 months, I will be defining and implementing plans for the City of Brookhaven that will enable the city and its residents to use more sustainable practices. My main focal points will be bicycle and pedestrian efforts, the re-imagination of Peachtree Creek, and overall Green Community status.
