Currently working with a team of professionals whom have a healthy perspective and working knowledge of resources, that can best service those individuals who have been affected with HIV/AIDS. Strong leadership experience for over 25 years in training, guiding, and mentoring staff to achieve successful personal and case direction. Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining positive attitude. Skillful in motivating and training team members to excel in meeting employer and program requirements while keeping client perspectives front and center. Strong ability to multi-task, communicate professionally with diverse populations. Passionate in helping the HIV homeless population obtain housing stability and assistance through case management with methods and goals to reach self-sustainability that will assist to improve quality of life.
