The role of a Leadership Consultant is to lead undergraduate officers and members in creating the finest and most rewarding collegiate experience a young woman can have. LCs travel to Sigma Kappa chapters throughout the country teaching, training, educating and inspiring the women they come in contact with. • Gained over 150 hours of professional development training with an emphasis on communication, leadership, risk management, group finance and membership recruitment. • Supervised leadership growth, event planning, philanthropic efforts, officer training, chapter management, membership recruitment and new member education programs. • Facilitated educational programming and conducted events for groups ranging from five to one hundred and fifty people. • Collaborated with members, university professionals, headquarter staff, local and national volunteers to implement policy and procedure and build member experience. • Created content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and a blog. https://sklconsultants.wordpress.com/author/ncurtislc/
