As a Client Success Manager, I believe that a company can only be as successful as its customers are empowered. I also believe that long-lasting relationships are truly developed AFTER the excitement of an implementation has settled and the Client is now 'live' with the new SaaS product. Doesn't matter how great the product might be, if a Client does not fully understand how to extract value and embrace the system, the product's brilliance is often dimmed, its greatness underutilized, and the expected ROI on the investment is not met. An innovative tool without guidance is as valuable to a Client as an already-existing inefficient legacy system. As a CSM, I enjoy providing direction, complete with hacks and hints on how to properly utilize this powerful and revolutionary tool, called Miliu, so that our Clients can throw away their rusty old gizmos with confidence and join the era of "Effective Digital Exchanging!"
