As a server for Granite Golf Properties it is one of my responsibilities to make sure that our guests are receiving the upmost service while dining at our restaurant. It all starts from the moment people walk in to the moment they walk out. Banquet serving is done on a large scale; seating up to 200 guests I am responsible for table settings, serving and cleaning up. Snack bar attendants are responsible for opening the pool house at the turn of the course. This involves cleaning and cooking and handling cash and credit transactions for the business day and later closing.
