I am a recent first-generation graduate from Georgia State University with a social science background in Criminal Justice. I plan to use my skills to bridge the gap between the lack of mentorship, unequal opportunities in education, and rising juvenile crime rates that our society is experiencing. I have a passion for working with disadvantaged youth through non-profit organizations. My goal is to help juveniles overcome adversity and avoid engaging in delinquent activity by determining the issue that causes troublesome behavior. To solve this social issue, I will provide hands-on support through tutoring and mentoring and encourage community involvement to create positive outlets.
