Shekera Romer

Majored in Biology
Miami University , Class of 2016
From Nassau, New Providence
I lovenature. Wildlife excites me and I feel at peace when I'm outdoors. I enjoy being a part of a world where things are ever changing. I love photography and hope to some day be able to engage in wildlife biology and photography. Presently, I am teaching Computer Science at Bahamas Academy Secondary School to grades 7-12 and I love my students. I enjoy being able to help students to define themselves and to inspire them to achieve their goals. My goal is to educate my country on the importance of using our natural resources wisely and to appreciate the beauty of our very own wildlife ecosystems.
