Majoring in Business Management
Columbia State Community College, Class of 2020

It is my passion to solve the unsolvable. I enjoy turning chaos and confusion into effortless and uncomplicated. I thrive in a crisis, call me crazy. I seek precision; I notice the minute distinctions that define the essence of things. I examine all sides of an issue, looking to solve problems while minimizing effort, reducing cost, and risk. I excel at analyzing situations to reach the heart of a problem. I am interested in understanding how systems operate, focusing on efficient operation and structure. I abhor waste (be it in time, effort, or resources) but am highly adaptable, and open to new information and approaches. I have the ability to "hyper-learn". I enjoy self-sufficiency and take pride in developing my own solutions to problems. I believe in empowering people and building productive teams, ensuring team unity with a clear vision of goals and objectives. I believe in operating on a foundation of trust and communication, treating people with respect and dignity, building a circle of influence to support a democratic approach to project management and supervision. I lead from the front and expect the highest standards of personal and professional performance.
