Stephen is a student of Accounting and Philosophy with particular interests in the auditing of public companies, philology and ethics. Currently seeking two separate undergraduate degrees, Stephen's goal is to implement critical thinking skills and a keen understanding of ethics in a way that is meaningful and aids in understanding an environment of internal controls.
Currently seeking work with public accounting firms, Stephen is also interested in eventually returning to the United Kingdom or continental Europe in order to pursue a post-graduate education in accounting with an emphasis on international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Supervising Project Manager at University of San Diego
The role of the Project Manager is to coordinate and prepare for the University's financial audit of inventory within the Department of Residential Life. The Project Manager completes a physical count of all furniture used in spaces maintained by the Department, and compiles this information for the Department of Student Affairs by assessing and recalculating the value of each item. Project Managers work with the Department of Residential Life and IT specialists to analyze occupancy reports, build inventory reports, log counted furniture and create a barcode system for future inventory projects.
