Graduate Teaching Assistant at UNC Charlotte
As, the Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA), my responsibilities include providing assistance to the supervising tenured professor. More specifically, the responsibilities involve lesson planning and preparation, lecturing, laboratory instruction, maintaining office hours, create and grade assessments, and maintain student records. In addition to the duties at TA, I also support the professor with research manuscripts.
Courses Taught:
The Elementary School Child- Child development theories and research findings, conceptual relationships between education and developmental paradigms, pathways of individual student development, child-centered and other types of educational reforms, the concept of developmental “needs” and the roles and responsibilities of school staff for meeting children’s developmental needs.
