Victoria Gray

Specializing in operation management with a background in administration, information technology, real estate, and team management, Victoria Rose Gray currently performs as Director of Operations for The Reyes Group, a commercial real estate team in central Florida. Victoria is cultivating a different path by reworking outdated standards for the work week and what defines a "good" employee. Invested in helping people work in the most congruent and therefore effective way possible, she continues to innovate, listen, and consistently pursue that which works, not that which is assumed. Victoria also pursues art, not just in her spare time, but by carving out purposeful space to create and express her inner world. Story-telling through written mediums and visual art is both a passion and a calling. She firmly believes that stories are what help us heal, binds together communities, and lets all of us feel a little less alone. She currently creates primarily on Patreon, although she is also cultivating a website that will serve as a repository for general writings, art portfolio, and all published work.
