Adam Chodos

As a highly motivated entrepreneurial student focused on developing sustainable small businesses at the University of Vermont, my passion is to work in the industry of commercial real estate. I plan to use the tools I have learned through my major of Community Entrepreneurship & Applied Economics and my minors in Community & International Development and Public communication. I plan to use the knowledge that I learned through my studies to open the door for my career in commercial real estate and financial analytics. I have begun to earn a certification in Microsoft Excel, and I am planning to obtain a certification in Argus programming this coming summer. I will also be interning at Sterling Bay in Chicago this summer for the second year. During my time at Vermont, I have been part of the Varsity Mens Lacrosse Team. My involvement in this organization has given me the fundamental tools of time management, work ethic and thinking outside of the box. During my college career, I have worked mentoring kids in the surrounding schools, and I have been the leader of two Movember fundraising efforts which raised over $50,000.
